Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Victorian Bridal! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and your purchases from The Victorian Bridal. By engaging with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

Responsibility after Merchandise leaves The Victorian Bridal: Once items are removed from The Victorian Bridal, we are no longer responsible for their care or condition.

Alteration Services: Unless agreed upon beforehand, alteration services are charged separately and are by appointment only.

All Sales Final: All sales at The Victorian Bridal are final. There are no returns, exchanges, refunds, or transferred credits on any purchased items.

Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required before your dress is ordered into the store. The Victorian Bridal will not be liable for delays if the deposit has not been paid. (Not applicable for international orders.)

Fitting Appointments: Your Victorian Bridal wear will be ready for a fitting appointment within 4-6 weeks of the due date. Express orders may be available for an additional fee.

Right to Refuse Service: The Victorian Bridal reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

Use of Garment Images: The Victorian Bridal may use images of the garments for marketing and promotional purposes, both before and after purchase.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Collection of Ordered Dresses: Once a dress is ordered into the store, brides have up to 4 weeks to collect it. After this period, a storage fee of £50 per week will apply.

Agreement to Terms: By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined by The Victorian Bridal.

International Orders: International orders must be fully paid before the gown is sent.

Post-Postponement Charges: A 10% fee of the original price could be charged if the wedding date is postponed longer or shorter than one month from the invoice date.
